The Mocca De-Lite


This in-between snack or Breakfast contains a good amount of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.


  • 1 scoop of Forever Ultra Lite Choco
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp. (decaf) instant coffee
  • 10 oz. almond milk
  • ice cubes to taste
  • mix the ingredients together
